Three-Phase Brushless Motor Control System [Control System Development Case Study]

A case where the housing design, circuit board design, wiring, and control software for a 3-phase brushless motor control system were produced and delivered!

We would like to introduce a case study of a three-phase brushless motor control system that we developed for an automotive-related manufacturer. The company wanted to create a test system for motor drive devices and requested the realization of three-phase brushless motor control with sinusoidal wave drive, while also aiming for a compact test system. We designed and delivered the enclosure, circuit board, wiring, and control software for the three-phase brushless motor control system. It has been used in the prototype development of an electric brake, and they are very satisfied with it. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■Requirements - To create a test system for motor drive devices - To realize three-phase brushless motor control with sinusoidal wave drive - To make the test system as compact as possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Introduction of Contract Development Case for 3-Phase Brushless Motor Control System

Introduction of a case study on commissioned development of a 3-phase brushless motor control system.

Our company has a track record of contract development for various systems, and as an example, we would like to introduce a case of contract development for a three-phase brushless motor control system. We received a request from an automotive-related manufacturer stating, "We want to create a test system for automotive brake systems." We proposed that we could provide a driver for a three-phase brushless motor using FETs, along with circuit design and sample control programs applied to automotive brakes. We then produced and delivered the solid design, circuit board design, wiring, and control software for the three-phase brushless motor control system. It has been used in the prototype development of electric brakes, and they are very satisfied with it. [Requirements] - We want to create a test system for automotive brakes. - We want to achieve three-phase brushless motor control with sinusoidal wave drive. - We would like the test system to be as compact as possible. *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.

AR Series Vacuum Type

Lineup of DC power input and AC power input! Features such as reduced heat generation due to improved efficiency.

The "AR Series Vacuum Type" is a hybrid control system that significantly reduces motor heat generation through increased efficiency. It can be used in a vacuum environment of 10^-5 Pa, allowing for positioning operations within vacuum environment devices. Additionally, by not using a rotary introducer, it contributes to the compactness of the equipment. Furthermore, it monitors the rotational speed and amount of the motor within the vacuum chamber and is equipped with various alarm output functions. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with vacuum environments (10^-5 Pa) ■ High reliability through closed-loop control ■ Reduced heat generation due to increased efficiency ■ Current control mode ■ CE marking *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
